In some extreme cases, I have gone so far as to get down on my hands and knees to help repair and clean some of my client's suites in order to facilitate a quicker sale of higher worth. I've setup and supervised renovations to ensure that my clients are getting what they pay for when they hire contractors. I've even gone that extra mile to recommend, arrange , and also drive my clients to visit notaries/lawyers, mortgage brokers, banks, airports and so forth.
When working with a realtor, you are putting all faith into someone that is supposed to work in your best interests. Service is not tangible but everyone knows the difference between good service from bad service and good service from exceptional service -- it is that exceptional service that is rewarding as much to my clients as it is to myself. UNMATCHED ADVERTISING & MARKETING
Rennie Marketing is the largest and foremost real estate marketing company in North America. We deal with some of the largest developers and developments in the world and in order to accomplish such large tasks, our marketing must be premium. This also applies to our advertising/marketing campaigns for clients who are looking to resell their units. At my expense, I will provide a top-notch advertising campaign for you which includes exposure from Rennie Marketing material in major and local newspapers as well as real estate magazines. Advertising is not cheap, but the results can be extremely effective. Additional advertising I may provide is in the form of direct mailers to neighbouring areas that can often involve potential purchasers or friend/colleagues/family of residents interested in purchasing your unit. All this in addition to the most used marketing tool, the realtor's MLS database, results in an advertising campaign that cannot be duplicated.
As a form of physical exposure, I will also conduct open houses to appeal to the local public. Open houses can sometimes lead to a possible sale but the main reason is to use all efforts available to expose your unit as much as possible in every way possible.
